GarDan Landscapes – Terms and Conditions

 

 

Effective Date: 1st April 2026

 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by GarDan Landscapes (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our services or website, you agree to these Terms.

 

 

 

1. Services

 

GarDan Landscapes provides landscaping services including, but not limited to, garden design, planting, maintenance, turfing, artificial grass, decking, fencing, patios, and exterior cleaning. All services are provided subject to availability and agreement with the client.

 

 

2. Quotations and Payments

 

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may change if the scope of work changes.

  • Payments must be made according to the terms stated in the quotation or invoice.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges or interest.

 

 

3. Client Responsibilities

 

  • Clients must provide access to the property as required for the completion of services.

  • Clients should inform GarDan Landscapes of any hazards, restrictions, or sensitive areas on the property.

  • Clients are responsible for securing pets, vehicles, and valuables during works if necessary.

 

 

4. Site Conditions

 

  • Services may be delayed or altered due to weather, ground conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • GarDan Landscapes will communicate any delays or changes promptly.

  • Any additional costs due to site conditions will be agreed upon before work proceeds.

 

 

5. Health and Safety

 

  • GarDan Landscapes adheres to all relevant health and safety legislation.

  • Clients must not interfere with equipment, tools, or the work area during operations.

  • Any accidents or incidents involving third parties must be reported immediately.

 

 

6. Warranties and Liability

 

  • GarDan Landscapes will perform services with reasonable skill and care.

  • We do not accept liability for damage caused by circumstances outside our control, including weather, pests, or client actions.

  • Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

 

 

7. Cancellations and Termination

 

  • Cancellations by the client must be made in writing at least 48hours before scheduled work.

  • GarDan Landscapes reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to safety concerns, weather, or other operational reasons.

  • Pre-paid deposits will be non-refundable if work is cancelled by the client without proper notice.

8. Intellectual Property

 

  • All designs, plans, or creative materials produced by GarDan Landscapes remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients may not copy, reproduce, or distribute designs without permission.

 

 

9. Complaints

 

  • Any complaints should be made in accordance with our Complaints Procedure (available on request).

  • Complaints will be acknowledged and addressed promptly and fairly.

 

 

10. Governing Law

 

  • These Terms are governed by the laws

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts.
